Kiawah-Seabrook Exchange Club
The Kiawah-Seabrook Exchange Club envisions an organization which:
- Is a catalyst for member fellowship, social interaction, and community service;
- Has a diverse membership which embraces its mission, vision, and core values;
- Welcomes new members and assimilates each into its activities and programs of service;
- Encourages member participation on operational and contributions committees, and expands opportunities for leadership;
- Reviews and assesses meeting format, purposes, and desired outcomes on a continuous basis;
- Encourages creativity and invites member input;
- Is recognized as a leader among service organizations serving Johns and Wadmalaw Islands;
- Communicates openly with its members and utilizes available media to reach out to the community;
- Identifies the charities suported and the allocation of funds raised through a systematic process;
- Views strategic planning and organizational development as essential to the achievement of its goals and objectives;
- Aspires to meet the expectation of all its members; and
- Increases the amount of funds raised annually which expand its capacity to serve the community.
