12/01/2011.......Direct Sales Commence

5/28/2012....Directory distribution complete


  • Use the ORDER ENTRY page for providing details of the order and the PAY NOW page to complete payment including payment by credit card.
  • Repeat orders with no change in the artwork or listing enable minimal inputs on the ORDER ENTRY page.
  • Most fields are optional.  For example, while we have allowed for an alternate company contact and phone number, these fields can be skipped.
  • Artwork incurs the extra fee listed above when some composition and/or change is required by the Exchange Club graphic design team to complete the ad.
  • New or modified artwork should be separately submitted by email to Sue Suffel (suesuffel@ks-exchangeclub.com).  Please summarize your plans for submission of artwork in the "Artwork Comments" box on the ORDER ENTRY screen.
  • Your sales contact can complete the online order with your authorization.  In this case you will be sent email that the order has been received.  Please respond to this email with a confirmation that the order information is correct.
  • Please use the categories listed in the file available though clicking the Categories List button.  New categories outside of this list might be needed in certain cases.  Note that you are requesting a new category  in the the Notes section on the Order Entry page.
  • Click the SUBMIT button when completing an order on the ORDER ENTRY screen.  (This sends an email message to Sue Suffel our administrator with the order details.)
  • Please use the Internet Explorer browser for credit card payment using the PAY NOW page of this website as other browsers either do not work for these screens or are untested.
  • When paying by credit card the information about the payor on the checkout page may not clarify the company for which this ad is being placed.  To ensure that such a problem is resolvable be sure that the email address on the checkout page corresponds to the email address on the order form.
